Operation and maintenance of Hotell Caledonien

OneCo has signed an operation and maintenance agreement for Hotel Caledonien in Kristiansand.
The contract covers a comprehensive delivery where OneCo will operate and maintain the following:

- Fire alarm
- Emergency light
- Audio video system, sound and image in all meeting rooms
- Certification of chokers
- Access control
- Internal control electrical
- ITV, camera
- Thermal photography
- UPS systems
- TV system - digital signage
- Mobile broadband
- Computer room extinguishing system
- SD plant

"For us, this is an incredibly exciting and interesting delivery to be involved in, as it contains most of the products and services we offer for such buildings. Hotel Caledonineg has recently undergone a complete renovation where OneCo also delivered the electrical installation, AV system and access control. It is therefore particularly pleasing that we were also chosen as the supplier for the operation and maintenance of this facility," says Eirik Skaara, department manager at OneCo South.
