Hat trick in Oslo
OneCo Elektro has signed an agreement to deliver the electrical installation in connection with the rehabilitation of Majorstua School. The school appears as a single building volume, but was built in different periods in 1908 and 1924. It has also undergone a number of remodelling and rehabilitation projects, most recently in 2002.

OneCo Elektro has signed an agreement to deliver the electrical installation in connection with the rehabilitation of Majorstua School. The school appears as a single building volume, but was built in different periods in 1908 and 1924. It has also undergone a number of remodelling and renovations, most recently in 2002. The school building has five floors, including the basement. In total, the school is approximately 11,650 m², as well as 6,800 m² of outdoor areas. The main contractor and customer is HENT AS.
OneCo Elektro has also entered into an agreement with HENT to supply the electrical installation in connection with the remodelling and expansion of existing student accommodation and a completely new office section at Sogn Studentby. The project involves the remodelling and expansion of existing student accommodation at Sogn in Oslo. The Student Welfare Organisation in Oslo is the developer and has ambitions for Sogn 2012 to be a national and international reference project for future student accommodation, where students will experience a high priority for housing quality. The project will fulfil future requirements for holistic and leading solutions within the environment, energy and good use of materials. The project will be planned and built with climate-efficient architectural solutions that focus on quality and holistic solutions. The building will be completed in May 2013.

Framework agreement with A-Hus
OneCo Elektro has entered into a framework agreement with Akershus University Hospital HF (AHUS) for the delivery of electrical work. The contract period is 3 years with an option for a further 1 year.
AHUS has its main location at Nordbyhagen in Lørenskog, but also has locations in Akershus. Ahus has space available in 9 municipalities and 23 locations. Of the total available area of approximately 270,000 square metres, Ahus owns approximately 240,000 square metres and leases approximately 30,000 square metres. The scope cannot be accurately estimated, but the total project costs (for all disciplines) are provisionally estimated at approx. 100 million annually to be carried out during the contract period.
