CEO Marvin Jensen and CFO Trond Larsen are very satisfied with the results and development of the OneCo Group's first year of operations.
In 2011, the companies in the OneCo Group had total sales of NOK 492 million, with an operating profit of around NOK 30 million. At the start of 2012, the company portfolio had a 12-month rolling sales base of around NOK 600 million, which is expected to be around NOK 1 billion in 2012. This was also the goal and growth ambition of the Group when it was established.
The OneCo Group has been in a positive build-up phase in 2011 with companies and establishments that have been added during the year, which lays the foundations for the consolidated financial statements and their content.
From the start, OneCo was organised as a group model and now has 13 operating companies with activities aimed at the business areas oil & marine, infrastructure, energy, building installation and industry.
At the beginning of 2012, OneCo had around 400 employees - in June, the Group will pass 500 employees.
"It's great to see that OneCo delivers good figures and has good operations. OneCo is in a position that many thought was impossible. The fact that the market and our customers welcome us and appreciate what we deliver and contribute gives us extra motivation - it also gives us many opportunities for exciting development. I look forward to realising the next plans we have for OneCo - and at the same time getting to know many more new colleagues in the time to come." says CEO Marvin Jensen.
