OneCo acquires Teksal Hineco
OneCo AS has acquired all shares in Teksal Hineco. Teksal is a national and international supplier of electrical and automation services. In addition, the company has developed several products related to these disciplines.

OneCo AS has acquired all shares in Teksal Hineco. Teksal is a national and international supplier of electrical and automation services. In addition, the company has developed several products related to these disciplines.
OneCo's ambition is to become a leading Nordic industrial group within the market areas in which the company operates. OneCo will mainly deliver products and services within automation, instrumentation, electrical and electrical power. The market areas will be:
- Oil & Gas
- Building & Construction
- Industry
- infrastructure
- Renewable Energy
Through the merger, both Teksal's and OneCo's customers will now experience an expanded product and service offering. Activity in Oil & Gas has already increased significantly and the company is involved in several major projects in engineering, project management and installation. The same applies to the electrical installation area within Building & Construction.
The company will also reinforce its position in renewable energy, prioritising activities in small-scale power and wind power. In addition to automation related to small-scale power, OneCo will now be able to take on larger parts of projects that also include the construction of the line network associated with power stations.
After these transactions, OneCo will have approximately 300 employees and an expected turnover in 2011 of approximately NOK 500 million with locations in Rogaland, Agder, Drammen/Oslo, Trøndelag and Hordaland.

With BR Industrier and former Sense founders on the ownership side, we have secured expertise, networks and capacity on the team, which is very good for us., says CEO Marvin Jensen. Through BR Industrier's ownership position, OneCo will be part of the BR Industrier Group.
The company's goal is to achieve sales of around SEK 1 billion by 2012.
