OneCo regionalised for further boost

Right from the start in February 2011, OneCo has had a clear objective of building a Nordic industrial group based on markets within Oil & Marine, Infrastructure, Industry, Construction and Renewable Energy. It is now three years since the start-up and the Group has, through strong organic growth and acquisitions, gained a solid foundation as a product-independent system integrator in several markets. During the period, the Group has had total sales of around SEK 3 billion.

During the period, the Group has had total sales of around SEK 3 billion.

"The outlook for 2014 also looks good, where we expect sales of around NOK 2 billion and a normal profit of around NOK 5-61 million," says Marvin Jensen, CEO of OneCo.
"But even though we have a good order backlog, we know that 2014 and the years ahead will require targeted work. That's why we're continuing our efforts to develop OneCo to meet these opportunities," Jensen continues.
He explains that efforts are now being made to bring together expertise and capacity in regions. The regions will largely consist of large individual units under the same company and management. This will make it easier for the Group to offer customers total solutions and at the same time provide greater implementation power and flexibility.
In the East region, this work has now been completed, with all the companies supplying electrical construction, telecoms, automation and switchboards now grouped together in OneCo Elektro AS, which has around 150 employees and an expected turnover of around NOK 200 million.
In the South region, all activities are gathered in OneCo Sør AS. The region will become a total supplier that can offer electrical, automation, electrical power, hydraulics and mechanical trades to its customers. The expertise and profile have already been well received in the market. Region South will now have an annual turnover of around NOK 350 million and around 200 employees.
In region West, Hordaland and Bergen, most of the activity is already gathered in OneCo Technologies AS. The region will have an expected turnover of approximately NOK 450 million and around 400 employees.
In the South West region, the Sandnes/Stavanger region, the large units OneCo Vests AS and OneCo Contracting will be merged into OneCo Vests. This will increase OneCo's competitiveness in the region by strengthening its position as a product-independent total supplier of equipment and can deliver system-integrated solutions in electrical, automation, hydraulics and mechanical. The region will have an annual turnover of around NOK 420 million and around 200 employees.
A region will also be established for Mid/North. This region will be based on the activities we have in OneCo Central Norway.
In addition to the five regions, the focus on transport is gathered under the market unit National Transport. The companies OneCo Veidrift and OneCo Samferdsel will be included in this as operational units. National Transport will have sales of around NOK 300 million in 2014 and around 150 employees.
With this regionalisation, the Group is rigged for the next boost towards 3-4 billion," concludes Jensen.
With these adjustments, OneCo will now meet the market primarily through the regional market units led by:
Region East: Manager: Bård Nielsen
Region South: Manager: Frank Iglebæk
Region South West Chairman: Arne Riise
Region West: Manager: Eivind Bøe
Region Central / North Manager: Arnstein Moy
National Transport Chairman: Jan Tore Klemmetsen
