OneCo strengthens its position in drilling

OneCo has acquired up to 100 % shares in the drilling technology company OneCo Teksal Meco AS. "We see the acquisition as strategic in connection with further positioning towards the offshore market. The company's employees will continue in the OneCo Group and will work to develop and produce solutions for control systems in areas such as drilling and other system-integrated solutions. The company has just delivered a complete control system for drilling to the Yme field. OneCo can therefore offer a high level of expertise in these market areas to both customers and its own projects.
