With this, OneCo will be a significant player in the construction industry.

ISS has sought to find an industrial and right owner to be able to further develop the department in the best way for all employees. This process has resulted in an agreement with OneCo that will safeguard these conditions. The agreement also means that OneCo will continue and develop the framework agreements ISS Elektro has in the Oslo region.

OneCo already has the company OneCo Teksal Øst in Tranby in Drammen, which has a high level of expertise in automation. Through the acquisition of ISS Elektro, OneCo will strengthen its position for the delivery of system-integrated solutions in electrical and automation. With this, the OneCo Group will consist of over 300 employees and is approaching 100 employees in the Oslo/Drammen region.
