Due to an increasing number of assignments, we are now hiring a project manager with knowledge of automation as a subject. You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field. Relevant work experience can compensate for formal education. Regardless of your formal background, you have worked with project management and have experience of structuring projects into job packages and have a good understanding of finance. You have experience with contracts and change notices and have above-average wording skills, NS 3420, the 84 series, as well as relevant technical building standards that are relevant to what we are doing.We want a person with a positive demeanour, with the ability to engage and motivate, who gets involved and participates in discussions and takes clear ownership and stands up when the circumstances require it.

Work tasks:

  • Follow-up of own projects
  • Mentor function for other project managers
  • Resolve issues related to NS contracts in your own and others' projects
  • Carry out your own projects from start to finish
  • Reporting responsibility, progress, finance, personnel follow-up and allocation
  • Offer work
  • Maintenance of existing routines for project implementation

Properties/experiences:

  • Structured and committed
  • Proficient in familiar data tools such as Office 365, Sharepoint, MS-P etc.
  • Dedicated, operational and self-motivated
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, and the confidence to challenge and innovate
  • Independent and with good planning and implementation skills
  • Familiar with digital collaboration solutions
  • Driver's licence class B
