Major contract to OneCo for meter replacement

In addition to the actual meter change, the delivery to OneCo includes the data tool (Adesso), which is based on electronic work orders to be able to plan and carry out meter changes in large numbers. The project also involves significant work at the grid company's substations, where concentrators will be installed for communication with the electricity meters. In addition to the actual new installation, the project also includes an operational component.

OneCo is also a key supplier of the AMS solution itself. A system integrator agreement has been signed with Echelon, the largest supplier of AMS meters and systems in the US. OneCo covers this market area from all our departments, which is our greatest strength in this market.

"The project means that we have established a locomotive in relation to this focus area. The project will employ approx. 40 electricians over a period of approx. 20 months," concludes Bjørn Vagl.
