LEAN and BIM
Many of the company's electricians and project managers have formal training in LEAN for the construction industry. In addition, OneCo carries out several projects where BIM collaboration is central.
Energy efficiency
We have our own energy advisors who can be involved early on in a project to analyse what can be done to improve energy consumption in existing buildings and make proposals for measures. OneCo can point to several successful projects with demanding environmental classification systems, such as BREAAM Excellent and BREAAM Very good.
When refurbishing, we can help make older buildings more energy efficient, technologically advanced and compliant with today's safety standards.
