Guidelines for HSE

Our HSE and environmental policies are rooted in our values, which are long-termism, passion and generosity.

Requirements

  • We will integrate good practices for HSE and the external environment in all our activities.
  • We will work systematically on HSE and the external environment in all parts of the Group.
  • We will establish concrete goals, create action plans and report results.
  • We will report and follow up undesirable incidents, observations and deviations, and learn from them.
  • We will ensure that sufficient resources and the right expertise are available to fulfil external and internal requirements.
  • Our HSE and environmental requirements must also apply to all our subcontractors and their suppliers.
  • We will implement governing documentation and systems that ensure that our policies, goals and requirements are met.
  • We will not enter into contracts unless we are certain that we can deliver in accordance with laws and regulations and internal requirements for HSE and the external environment.
  • We will continuously identify opportunities and implement measures that help to prevent and reduce negative impacts on the external environment from our activities.
Our goal

OneCo shall carry out all its activities in such a way that we achieve zero injuries to people and property, and that the negative impact on the environment is minimised.

Behaviour

  • We believe all adverse events are preventable.
  • We take personal responsibility for ensuring that all our colleagues return home safely every day.
  • We are all responsible for creating well-being, engagement and a good physical and psychosocial working environment.
  • We communicate openly and trustingly with each other, we highlight challenges and results and we share with each other.
  • We do not accept harassment or bullying and actively speak up if we see or experience this.
  • We ensure that our suppliers maintain at least the same standards as ourselves in terms of HSE and the external environment, and we use HSE/Environment as an evaluation criterion when selecting suppliers.
  • We familiarise ourselves with the external and internal requirements that apply to the activities we carry out and comply with these.
  • We actively seek alternatives to ensure that our deliveries, services and activities leave as small a climate footprint as possible.
