Project manager - Fibre development / OneCo Networks

Do you want to help build the digital infrastructure of the future? OneCo Networks is now looking for skilled project managers who will take responsibility for exciting fibre development projects for some of Norway's largest telecom players.

About the position
As a project manager at OneCo Networks, you will have total responsibility for your own projects - from planning to completion. You will work in an operational role with both administration and field work, such as inspections, design and calculation. The role gives you great influence and close co-operation with customers and internal professional environments.
 

Your responsibilities
 

• Lead and manage projects from start to finish
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and environmental requirements
• Prepare tender documents and follow up subcontractors
• Ensure deliveries according to time, cost and quality
• Identify and manage risk and uncertainty
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Follow OneCo's project policy and methodology

We are looking for you who have

 

• Relevant higher education (e.g. project management, construction, telecom, finance, logistics)
• Solid experience with project management and contract work
• Technical and financial understanding
• Knowledge of legislation and standards
• Experience with progress planning and ERP systems
• Good skills in Microsoft Office
• Driver's licence class B
• Good Norwegian and English language skills, oral and written
• Must be able to be security cleared

Practical information

• The position reports to the department manager
• We can consider which location to work from and you are encouraged to apply if you are located elsewhere in the country
• Start as soon as possible

The position requires security clearance from the Norwegian authorities.
