Your rights when making a complaint to OneCo

In line with the Consumer Purchase Act, you as a consumer have the right to complain about services that have not been delivered in accordance with the agreement. It is important that the complaint is reported within a reasonable time after the fault or defect was discovered. For consumers, the complaint period can extend up to 5 years after takeover, or from the time when all or part of the delivery is taken into use.
