Electrical, security and telecoms systems for the Follo Line
Europe's longest railway tunnel halves the journey time between Oslo and Ski
In this project, OneCo has been a subcontractor for Infranord Norway. Our delivery has included installation and connection of both high-voltage and low-voltage power, as well as signalling and telecommunications systems. This included ensuring that all electrical systems in the area where the Follo Line connects to Oslo Central Station function optimally. The Follo Line, one of Norway's most ambitious railway projects, has been a monumental investment in Norwegian infrastructure. The project, which links Oslo and Ski more closely together with a double track built for speeds of up to 250 km/h, has halved journey times.
