We can your main responsibility for the project implementation in your projects. The advantage for you is fewer accountspoints and thus fewer contracts, in addition to the fact that you get a delivery as expected.
OneCo has several experienced teams that have worked for a long time on large projects in co-operation with the customer and other contractors. We believe that co-operation with the customer is the right way to reach the goal, where we play on the same team and pull in the same direction.
The important thing is to establish a common platform in the projects. This gives us a solid foundation for helping to optimise both the project and the implementation process. With our project execution method, the goal is to always deliver the right quality, on time and within the target price for the customer.
